YAY ALEX MADLINGER! Alex Madlinger, a history teacher at the Academy at Virginia Randolph, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored him recently.

"The way Mr. Madlinger teaches makes me want to learn more about history. He has a teaching style that I’ve never seen before, but I really appreciate. When he was teaching a lesson on maps, I could feel his passion for history. He always helps when asked and he is really nice."
